0430 Improve funnel flow
Introducing a Brody disk for funnel flow improvement! We will also provide information on operating methods tailored to the user's conditions.
A manufacturing facility related to building materials contacted us regarding the repurposing of a hopper, as they anticipated issues such as bridging. They installed four knockers, but the effect was minimal, resulting in a funnel flow. Upon examining the material, we found that it was fine powder with poor flowability; however, based on our experience, we determined that there was no significant risk and informed them about the arrangement of the Brody disk, which was then implemented.
